About The Position

As a member of the Fidelity Consulting (FC) team, this role sits in a collaborative, fast-paced, and innovative environment at Fidelity Investments! You will be immersed in unique project environments, develop and learn from leaders, while solving some of our most critical business issues. The MBA intern drives projects that seek to tackle Fidelity’s most pressing business challenges. This position will: own and deliver discreet analyses and research, contribute to breakdown and synthesis of problems, and offer your perspectives into a broader business conversation. In addition to project work, interns have the opportunity to partake in independent or small group projects to develop innovative new insights for Fidelity and our customers. As the firm’s internal consulting group, Fidelity Consulting is uniquely positioned to advise on and influence Fidelity Investments’ overarching strategic direction. We provoke, encourage, and galvanize action on the changes that matter. Requirements

• Working toward an MBA or equivalent
• Analytically minded and strong communication skills
• Ability to contribute to hard-working teams
• Strong research & analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize findings and develop practical, impactful recommendations
• Capable of communicating with and influencing Fidelity leadership through relationship-building and high-quality presentations
