Your Opportunity, Your Team Reporting to the Director, Global Security, you will manage day-to-day site security operations for QVC’s corporate and office environments. Drawing on your five years of private-sector security experience, you will oversee vendors and in-house teams, act as the main point of contact for incidents, and ensure compliance with security policies and procedures. You will handle evacuations, drills, and event security, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain a safe and secure workplace. Your operational and people management skills will be essential in scaling programs and infrastructure across multiple regions. Where You'll Work This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our West Chester, PA location several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: NJ, PA, DE. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of private-sector security experience, with a focus on corporate environments.
At least 5 years of operational and people management skills in security settings.
Proven ability, demonstrated over 5+ years, to operate at a global scale and manage security programs across multiple regions.
5+ years blending operations, intelligence, and technology within security environments.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with a preference for candidates experienced in scaling security programs and infrastructure.

Responsibilities
