About The Position

Manage supervisor personnel. Implement current and new security procedures and protocols. Perform daily security, safety, and public service duties. Maintain a safe and secure work environment, while assisting in various aspects of the facilities department.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of CCTV and Access Software
• Must be observant and detail oriented
• Have a helpful and professional personality
• Previous Security/Supervisor experience preferred
• Outstanding Customer service experience strongly preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Required to stand, sit, walk, talk, see, and hear.
• Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
• Must use hands and fingers to operate equipment/controls/computer.
• Must have the ability to adjust focus for unplanned activities and other duties as assigned.
• Daily contact requires courtesy, discretion, and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure campus for corporate events; campus activities, and daily use
• Control entry points and make roving patrols on campus
• Monitor CCTV and fire/security system
• Provide first aid as a first responder
• Perform crowd control and traffic direction
• Maintain detailed daily records of events and campus activities
• Schedules the work week(s) for security staff
