About The Position

Florida SouthWestern State College is seeking a Manager, Corporate & Community Education to provide strategic, operational, and fiscal leadership for the college's noncredit continuing education portfolio. This includes corporate training, workforce development, community education, professional development, test preparation, camps, seminars, and micro-credential offerings. The Manager is responsible for growing revenue, improving net contribution, monitoring program performance, and ensuring that Continuing Education operates as a self-supporting, high-quality, market-responsive unit that aligns with regional workforce and community needs. This role requires a strong business and service orientation, with accountability for developing sustainable revenue streams, identifying underperforming offerings, and implementing systems for clear program-level financial performance visibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education in business, education, leadership, entrepreneurship, or a related field.
  • Three (3) years of full-time work experience in business, corporate training, continuing education, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in budget oversight, operational planning, revenue tracking, financial analysis, or program performance management.
  • Ability to travel independently within the College’s five-county service district.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work closely with a variety of stakeholders.
