About The Position

Reporting to the Assistant Controller, the Manager, Corporate Accounting role is responsible for delivering accounting best practices for our Corporate Accounting team, including driving a successful month-end close process, overseeing the preparation of reliable balance sheet reconciliations, coordinating requests sent to the Corporate Accounting team and providing support for reporting & audit deliverables and other projects as needed. This is a temporary role, expected to last from September 2026 - September 2027.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field with an active CPA license required
  • Minimum 4 years progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities
  • Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and substantial experience with internal controls and compliance
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite preferred) and close management tools (Blackline preferred)
  • Demonstrated proficiency In financial close cycle/general ledger accounting management
  • Consistently meeting relevant financial reporting and audit deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data clearly and concisely to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
  • Solutions oriented, with a roll up your sleeves attitude to new opportunities/initiatives and continuous improvements

Nice To Haves

  • Previous work in the Managed Service Provider/Network Managed Service Provider/Wireless Telecom industries would be preferred
  • Prior public accounting (Big 4) or US publicly traded company experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support, develop and manage two accounting professionals to drive positive team performance and outcomes.
  • Accountable to lead, deliver, and continuously improve the monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statement close processes, partnering with the Reporting and FP&A teams amongst others to ensure the timely and accurate preparation of consolidated and subsidiary financial statements and results.
  • Manage and proactively drive the month end-close cycle, including the review and approval of journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations related to Debt, Intangibles, AR & AP Trade, Accrued Compensation and Other Liabilities while ensuring compliance with US GAAP and KORE’s Finance policies.
  • Assist with the effective and accurate completion of quarterly financial reviews and annual financial audits, including timely and accurate responses to information requests from external auditors.
  • Effectively support, in partnership with your leader and peers from other teams, on all other projects and initiatives to ensure the Finance department can successfully deliver their objectives.
