About The Position

This is a full-time, permanent role on our Creative team. In our Creative team, we’re growing the volume and complexity of work across multiple channels. We need a Manager, Copy and Design who can bring structure, clarity, and high standards to how creative gets executed. This role exists to bridge creative direction and final output. You’ll ensure ideas are translated into high-quality, on-brand assets that perform, while improving how the team works and delivers at scale. You’ll play a key role in shaping how the team works, bringing structure and clarity while helping raise the bar for creative execution. In your first few months, you’ll build an understanding of our brand standards, workflows, and team strengths. Within a year, you’ll be confidently leading a high-performing team, improving execution quality, and shaping how creative production scales across the business. As a Particle (people of Article), you will have a high level of autonomy to solve challenging, meaningful problems the best way you can. That means you’re trusted to explore solutions you believe will work best (you’re the expert, after all). You’ll do all this while growing your skills within a company redefining the furniture industry. Our Design and Copy team brings the Article brand to life across every customer touchpoint. We’re a group of designers, copywriters, and creative specialists working closely with marketing, product, and studio teams to deliver high-quality work at scale. We operate with an in-house, agency-style mindset. That means managing multiple projects, balancing speed with quality, and collaborating closely with stakeholders across the business. We are a hybrid team — you’ll be in the office 3 days per week.
