The Manager, Continuous Improvement will play a critical role in advancing Newell Brands’ PEAK (Planning, Engagement, Achievement, & Knowledge) operating system — a cornerstone of the company’s continuous improvement and productivity strategy. This role is responsible for leading and supporting initiatives that support the Results and Skills Leadership (RSL) as it pertains to Processes, Applications, Capabilities, and Systems (PACS) and drive operational excellence, capability development, and digital transformation across Newell’s Global Supply Chain network. This position will act as a bridge between strategy and execution, turning insight into action that strengthens the overall effectiveness of RSL deployment across the organization. This role requires a proactive and technically adept professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, balancing hands-on tactical work with strategic planning. The Manager will partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Distribution, and Supply Chain teams to deliver measurable improvements in performance, cost, quality, and productivity.
