About The Position

Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP is hiring a Manager, Content & Funds Strategic Advisory to support its private funds practice. It combines writing and editing, financial and market analysis, client engagement, project management, and practice development. The position requires business and legal fluency, including knowledge of private fund structures and the legal and regulatory framework governing private funds. Responsibilities include managing an editorial calendar and content pipeline; developing targeted client outreach; monitoring regulatory and market developments; researching, drafting, editing, and publishing client-facing materials; conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses; developing financial models and presentations; contributing to business development; coordinating attorneys and internal stakeholders; and building reusable methodologies, tools, and content resources. The required education is a bachelor’s degree in a relevant major such as finance, economics, accounting, or commerce, and/or an MBA or similar advanced degree. The Firm seeks at least seven years of relevant professional experience. The posted base salary range for New York is $180,000 to $220,000. The role is exempt and not eligible for overtime.
