About The Position

The Content & Creativity team works with clients to develop custom, integrated, cross platform entertainment programs, creating deeper and consistent consumer engagement. The team taps into a broad network of digital publishers, production companies, television networks, movie studios, social platforms, and streaming networks to produce breakthrough storytelling from large-scale properties to smaller, original programs, covering all budget levels and brand program needs. As a Manager, you will be the day-to-day tactical project lead, accountable for the full life cycles of activations, from concepting to pitching to execution to measurement, as well as the media orchestration throughout. You adopt a comprehensive, solution-oriented approach to streamline communication and drive operational efficiencies, generating smarter strategies and activations for brands. You'll work in creative collaboration with all teams – including other members of the Content & Creativity team, Planning, and Investment - to inspire and inform the creation of culturally-led experiences.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in branded content, integrated partnerships, or strategic partnership development (agency experience preferred)
  • Proven analytical, strategic thinking, communication, client service and project management skills
  • Exceptional project management skills, with ability to manage multiple work streams with strong quality control
  • Client-facing experience with a successful track record in account management and client service
  • Experience working on an integrated team
  • Ability to address challenges, work under pressure, follow-through and solve problems quickly in the face of challenges
  • Ability to effectively and confidently communicate information in both verbal and written formats (Development of ideas, pitches, research and recaps, client presentations, etc.)
  • Relentless pursuit of cultural zeitgeist and passion for all forms of entertainment
  • Experience working with various marketing communication channels with an emphasis on CTV, social, and digital
  • Experience in concept development, production oversight, and foundational understanding of working with and managing media partners

Responsibilities

  • Support and contribute to the overall vision and management of content experiences & entertainment initiatives on behalf of our clients
  • Develop trust with day-to-day clients, acting as a key point of contact for questions, points of feedback, or ad hoc asks
  • Develop close relationships with Planning and Investment teams to align our programs to broader strategic priorities and objectives
  • Support the Senior Director with presentation materials, status updates, and ad hoc meetings to ensure successful communication with media and marketing clients on a consistent basis
  • Stay atop of current content, storytelling and technology trends and how those impact the client business
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, integrated agency teams, and media partners to execute multiple programs across a calendar year, from insights mining to strategy to ideation to execution
  • Support brainstorms with the team: Help concept opportunities with the team and with partners. Research partners' IP, capabilities, and talent to guide idea development
  • Actively build out media opportunities that deliver on our clients’ marketing and media objectives with networks, digital publishers, and platforms.
  • Support Senior Director on presentation / written material development and contribute to client live presentations
  • Manage end-to-end execution of programs, including timelines, partner and creative output, client reviews, launch plans, distribution & promotion while enforcing clear ongoing communication throughout program
  • Coordinate with internal Planning and Investment teams to plan and execute the media around custom activations
  • Steward pre, during and post program measurement and optimization plans in collaboration with Marketing Science Team
  • Reporting to the Senior Director, you may also support the Managing Director based on assigned projects and client initiatives.
