NBCUniversal Media Group is looking for a Manager of Content Consumer Insights to join their team. This individual will be responsible for designing, executing, and socializing custom primary quantitative and qualitative research. The role partners closely with content development, production, marketing, and performance and analytics teams to champion the voice of the viewer across a show’s lifecycle by representing the opinions, preferences and behaviors of audiences today. In this role, you will focus primarily on Unscripted content, spanning genres including docuseries, competition reality, lifestyle, game shows, and documentaries, as well as franchises including The Real Housewives, Love Island, The Traitors, Below Deck, Summer House, The Voice, America’s Got Talent, and more. Success requires not only expertise in data and analysis, but also a passion for unscripted content and a strong grasp of culture and the television landscape shaping what people watch and how they engage with entertainment today.
