About The Position

The Manager Consumer Product Portfolio – Screamin’ Eagle is responsible for the consumer insights of products aligned with the P&A portfolio. A critical responsibility of the role is to act as the primary Motorcycle product interface, managing accurate and timely communications with key stakeholders to support both input to the product plan, the development of the product and the successful launch of new product. This role ensures products continue to drive today's success while working with cross-functional teams to develop new or enhanced products that will ensure future regional success. The Manager Consumer Product Portfolio will lead regional pricing assessments and recommendations for P&A Screamin’ Eagle brand.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • This position typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
  • Experience developing product vision, business cases and pricing that leads to successful product growth and profitability
  • Strong project management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • A proven leader, visionary, with demonstrated ability to execute

Responsibilities

  • Capture and organize regional insights, information and observations from various stakeholder groups to be incorporated into the Lifecycle Plan (LCP).
  • Accountable for long term motorcycle strategy, for the region, which encompasses Lifecycle Plan (LCP) and Long-Term Volume (LTV) in close partnership with market and regional leadership
  • Develop and maintain strong competitor knowledge by researching and analyzing market information across P&A
  • Lead yearly new model year motorcycle and options pricing with on-going assessments to determine if further pricing actions need to be taken at other times
  • Develop tools for assessing P&A competitive landscape in key regional markets
  • Responsible for P&A product category level pricing recommendations
  • Accountable for regional small displacement motorcycle strategy (SDV) inclusive of current relationships, current markets, and expansion into new markets / segments
  • Identify, cultivate and develop new growth opportunities via partnering with cross-functional teams in the region
  • Key conduit with Motorcycle Management providing feedback on product and business case volumes
  • Ability to utilize analytical capabilities to create effective recommendations & actions
