About The Position

This position is responsible for planning, directing, and managing the multi-function operations of the Consumer Lending Underwriting branch. This includes overseeing loan processing, support, and Consumer Lending loan officer teams to ensure accurate and efficient processing of consumer applications. The role involves evaluating and adjusting branch work quality, staff performance, systems, processes, and procedures to meet goals. The Manager will serve as a subject matter expert regarding branch functions, systems, policies, and procedures, managing the daily activities of professional employees and/or supervisors. Additionally, the position supports executive management in developing and executing strategic plans and may act as an Assistant Vice President (AVP) in the incumbent's absence. Requirements

Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.
Experience in managing operations, staff performance, systems, processes, and procedures.
Subject matter expertise in lending functions, systems, policies, and procedures.
