The Manager of Construction Training is responsible for leading, developing, and executing the construction training and certification programs for Technical Field Advisors (TFAs) involved in the mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation installation, erection, and cold commissioning of gas turbines, steam turbines, generators, and associated auxiliary equipment, electrical control systems, and power supplies. This role ensures that Construction TFAs are technically competent, safety-focused, and fully qualified to execute field installation and pre-commissioning activities in accordance with company standards, project requirements, and applicable codes. The Manager of Construction Training works closely with Construction Leadership, Engineering, EHS, and Commissioning teams to align training content with project execution needs and downstream commissioning requirements. The Manager of Construction Training reports to the Project Manager of PMO Training & Certification.
