About The Position

We’re looking for a Manager, Construction Projects to lead the planning and execution of clinic construction and renovation projects across Canada. This role is responsible for managing projects end-to-end, from design and planning through to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-quality clinic environments that support operational and patient experience goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial multi-site construction project management
  • Post-secondary education in construction management, engineering, project management, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and construction best practices
  • Experience managing both internal teams and external contractors/vendors
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Procore, AutoCAD, or similar
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel across Canada as required based on project needs

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in medical, dental, or healthcare environments is preferred
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple construction and renovation projects simultaneously, from design through final delivery
  • Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects are executed effectively
  • Partner with internal teams including Operations, Finance, and Marketing to align on project requirements
  • Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Lead tendering processes and contract negotiations with external partners
  • Identify and resolve risks related to timelines, costs, and project execution
  • Prepare and present project updates and progress reports to leadership
  • Support and guide internal construction team activities and respond to clinic-related requests.
