Summary PGE is seeking a dynamic Manager, Construction Project Management to lead a team of PMs that manage programs and projects roughly in size between $500,000 and $500 million within the PGE capital portfolio, which is roughly $1.655B in 2026. This team manages innovative capital infrastructure programs through development, permitting, engineering/design, procurement, construction, and commissioning. In this role you will provide leadership to ensure capital investment plans are executed in a manner consistent with the defined project goals for safety, quality, budget, and schedule. Ensure that consistent project management processes are developed, implemented, and continuously improved across all projects/programs to deliver results for our customers. A successful candidate will have advanced knowledge of project management principles and construction/engineering disciplines for utility infrastructure, combined with exceptional stakeholder management and analytical thinking skills that drive successful project outcomes and team development.
