About The Position

Empire Fiber is seeking an experienced and motivated Manager, Construction Management Office to lead and support construction operations, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration for their growing infrastructure initiatives. This role is ideal for a strong leader who can balance operational oversight, project execution, and team development while helping drive organizational success. The Manager will lead and oversee construction management operations and project workflows, manage project timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and operational priorities. They will coordinate with various teams to ensure successful project execution, develop and improve construction management processes, reporting, and operational standards, and monitor project performance. The role also involves supporting forecasting, scheduling, and workforce planning, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and identifying operational challenges to implement proactive solutions. Additionally, the Manager will provide leadership and mentorship to construction management staff and assist with vendor management, project documentation, and strategic planning.
