This is a hybrid position and the selected candidate must be located within 100 miles of one of the following Mayo Clinic campuses: Jacksonville, FL; Phoenix, AZ; or Rochester, MN. The candidate must also be willing to travel to any Mayo Clinic campus as business need arises. The Manager partners with administrative leaders, physicians, and scientists to lead and coordinate operational and administrative functions in alignment with strategic priorities. The Manager has strong leadership, operational and process improvement capabilities. Embodying our Mayo Clinic values, the Manager plays a pivotal role within shields and departments managing teams and service lines.
