About The Position

This position will be a key member of the U.S. Commercial Compliance team as a Line of Business Compliance Officer with primary oversight of U.S. Corporate Card Programs including Travel and Entertainment, @Work Program Management Platform, Corporate Membership Rewards and Spend Enablement. The position provides independent compliance oversight and second-line effective challenge to ensure the business is building, enhancing, and maintaining an effective framework for compliance with applicable internal policies, laws and regulations. Areas of responsibility will include assessment of compliance risk associated with Corporate commercial products, capabilities, and offerings including product uplifts/changes and features, review of marketing claims and disclosures, training, and other business-owned content.

Requirements

  • Key member of the U.S. Commercial Compliance team.
  • Line of Business Compliance Officer role.
  • Primary oversight of U.S. Corporate Card Programs including Travel and Entertainment, @Work Program Management Platform, Corporate Membership Rewards and Spend Enablement.
  • Experience in assessing compliance risk associated with commercial products, capabilities, and offerings.
  • Experience in reviewing marketing claims and disclosures.
  • Experience in developing and overseeing training content.
