The Office of Compliance & Ethics (OCE) Shared Services team is seeking a Specialist to help advance the department’s data evolution and operational effectiveness. This role supports the operational backbone of OCE through responsibilities including: supporting regulatory training, including triaging intake, managing assignments, and developing reporting; supporting records management compliance activities, including resolving billing issues, updating disbursement code owners, and advancing the use of metrics; enhancing senior leadership reporting and conducting access reviews; and providing support across reporting, governance, and administrative priorities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Experience in reporting and data analytics using Databricks, Power BI, SharePoint, and Excel are strongly preferred. Preference is for a candidate to work from a primary Nationwide office, Columbus OH, Des Moines IA, or Scottsdale AZ with the option for a hybrid working environment. May be flexible to a remote working environment based on the candidate’s unique skills and experiences. As a Compliance Specialist, you will collaborate with our business partners to ensure business operations are conducted in compliance with regulatory, legal and organizational requirements. You’ll plan, perform and sometimes lead or assist in leading various types of compliance reviews with our business partners, detecting compliance issues and helping to build and deliver innovative solutions.
