As our Manager, Complex Claims (Revenue Cycle Operations), you will help drive operational excellence, revenue recovery, and client satisfaction across assigned Complex Claims teams and hospital accounts. Every day you will lead and coach supervisors and team members to achieve productivity, quality, and revenue goals; monitor complex claims performance using KPIs and reporting tools to identify risks and opportunities; and partner with client and internal leaders to improve processes, drive change, and support contractual performance expectations.
