About The Position

Reporting to the Regional Compensation Director, Americas, as the Manager, Compensation, you will lead the implementation and alignment of CSL’s global compensation programs across Latin America. You will ensure standardization while addressing local market needs and regulatory requirements. You will focus on aligning compensation structures, job evaluations, and incentive programs to global standards while maintaining regional competitiveness. You will collaborate with HR Business Partners and functional leaders to drive effective compensation strategies that enhance employee engagement and organizational success. This is a hybrid role, offering a combination of onsite and remote work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation, preferably within a multinational organization.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation structures, job evaluation methodologies, and market analysis within Latin America.
  • Experience in standardizing compensation processes while addressing regional market needs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with HR technology systems, preferably Workday.

Nice To Haves

  • International HR experience, particularly in Latin America, is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and administer CSL’s compensation programs across Latin America, ensuring consistency with global frameworks while adapting to local market conditions.
  • Drive the standardization of compensation processes and tools, ensuring alignment with global policies while incorporating region-specific considerations.
  • Conduct wage and salary surveys to benchmark compensation practices and maintain competitive positioning within the Latin American market.
  • Support the execution of annual compensation cycles, including merit reviews, short- and long-term incentive programs, and job evaluations, with a regional focus.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, country HR leaders, and business leaders to ensure compensation strategies align with regional and global business priorities.
  • Provide expert consultation on compensation practices, market trends, and compliance requirements for Latin American countries.
  • Engage with global compensation teams to ensure alignment between regional programs and overarching CSL compensation philosophy.
  • Analyze compensation data, budgets, and market trends to develop insights that drive informed decision-making.
  • Maintain and utilize the CSL global job catalog and compensation survey library to ensure access to relevant market comparisons for Latin America.
  • Provide recommendations on pay structures, job evaluations, and incentive programs based on market insights and business needs.
  • Ensure compensation programs adhere to federal, state, and local regulations across Latin American countries.
  • Partner with HR Technology and Operations teams to optimize compensation tools and processes for improved efficiency and accuracy.
  • Develop and enhance communication materials and training programs to support regional HR teams in effectively implementing compensation policies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders on complex compensation matters.
