The Community Impact Manager will report to the Senior Director, Community Impact and play a significant role in the Department’s core functions, including assisting in the implementation of the community impact strategic plan. This position manages the Community Impact Intern while building and maintaining relationships across stakeholders within public, private, and not-for-profit organizations impacted by and having influence on Augusta National Golf Club’s (ANGC) community efforts. The individual will monitor the performance of community-related investments. The Community Impact Manager collaborates across all internal departments creating and maintaining alignment with leaders in support of community initiatives. In addition, the Community Impact Manager leads all employee volunteer engagement throughout the year, including the annual Month of Service, while also driving content and context for these initiatives. This position will represent the organization at community events and embody the organization’s Mission and Core Values. This position requires full-time in-person employment in Augusta, Georgia. Like all positions at Augusta National, the individual must maintain the strict confidentiality of all Club business. This position is a full-time, on-site role in Augusta, GA.
