Navan is looking for a Manager to join our growing team as we build the best travel agency on the planet. We need a diligent doer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is equally comfortable drafting Slack and social media content as they are presenting to the C-suite. You are ready to make an impact from the start and you are able to quickly gain trust from both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • At least 4+ years of experience in communications or PR.
  • A proven ability to translate complex topics into clear and engaging narratives.
  • A bias for action, an AI-first approach and a commitment to keep raising your personal bar.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution for Company All Hands, working directly with the C-suite to translate business milestones into inspiring narratives.
  • Build out our Internal Communications Framework, ensuring every employee understands our mission and roadmap.
  • Work closely with the C-suite and communications team to draft content, including around major GTM announcements, company milestones, and additional owned content, including blogs, social, and video.
  • Serve as a key player in ad hoc crisis support, ensuring Navan remains agile and composed under pressure.
  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to optimize execution.
  • Serve as a key point of contact between the marketing department and other functions across the company.
