The Communications Manager will serve as a key storyteller and media strategist for Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment’s rapidly growing Entertainment, Hospitality, Media, and Technology businesses. This role will support external communications efforts across Barclays Center, Brooklyn Hospitality Group, BKMag, and additional new ventures as we continue to expand our cultural footprint. Occasionally, this role will support communications for Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment's sports portfolio including the Brooklyn Nets, New York Liberty and Long Island Nets. Our ideal candidate brings an exceptional understanding of the entertainment, culture, hospitality, and media landscapes, with a pulse on emerging trends and a strong instinct for identifying storylines that break through. This role blends strategic planning, executive thought leadership, creative pitching, strategic messaging, and on-the-ground media management for some of the most dynamic entertainment properties in New York. The Manager, Communications reports to the Senior Director, Communications.
