About The Position

This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based in Longueuil, and performed exclusively on-site. As the successful candidate, you will act as a consultant to the Sales and Marketing team, supporting the analysis and development of the commercial positioning of OEM engine programs. In this role, you will: Perform pricing analyses and various commercial assessments. Conduct benchmarking of contractual/legal clauses. Analyze sales trends and operational performance. This position supports the entire product lifecycle. A strong understanding of the RLPM process, advocacy for its application, and the ability to support change management initiatives are essential to success in this role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 7–10 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 5–7 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong customer focus; experience supporting B2B customers in a manufacturing environment is considered an asset.
  • Experience in the aerospace industry is considered an asset.
  • Demonstrated experience in process and tool improvement initiatives (CORE).
  • Experience with strategic pricing, market positioning, and commercial analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Although this position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a working knowledge of English to read and understand specialized instructions, plans, drawings and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and sometimes communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Power BI, Excel macros, CRM systems, and SAP is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects of significant scope and complexity while providing recommendations to improve processes and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain analytical tools and projects related to sales trends and sales plan optimization.
  • Contribute to departmental and business objectives by applying advanced knowledge in one or more functional areas.
  • Support the development and reporting of executive-level Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Demonstrate cross-functional knowledge by balancing customer commitments, financial performance, operational efficiency, and process quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and projects across the organization.
