The Manager, Commercial Strategy for Paisly is responsible for driving revenue growth and commercial excellence across multiple booking platforms and product lines, including flights, hotels, cruises, car rentals and insurance, while managing and optimizing both new and existing partnerships. This strategic role encompasses yield management, promotional strategy, merchandising, internal pricing and insights. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Paisly Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Commercial team to develop and execute innovative strategies that optimize revenue growth. This leader will take an agile, forward-thinking approach to identifying both micro- and macro-level growth opportunities, including partnership expansion and optimization, and will implement initiatives that exceed revenue and profitability targets.
