The Administrator, People Experience reports to the Senior Head of People and supports administrative and office functions within Paisly. In addition to optimizing the operational efficiency of our Executive Leadership Team (ELT) through calendar management, logistical coordination and high-level administrative oversight, this role also supports foundational Human Resources (HR) functions with the opportunity to take on increased HR responsibilities over time. This position is designed for a candidate seeking to grow within the HR field through organic development, providing exposure to core HR processes while contributing to broader people-related initiatives and business operations. Beyond executive and HR support, this role is the primary architect of the "Paisly Experience," responsible for planning and executing a year-round calendar of engagement activities that foster a sense of community and fun for all crewmembers. The preferred candidate is self-motivated, highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong desire to support others and meet evolving demands. They are comfortable working under pressure, managing time constraints and adapting to changing priorities. Strong communication skills, discretion and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization are essential for success in this role.
