Requirements

  • 5+ years’ commercial experience, ideally within a global food organization.
  • Proven track record in planning, analysis, forecasting, and execution.
  • Strong influencing skills across organizational levels.

  • Proficiency in interpreting data to inform decisions.
  • Creative communicator, resilient, and adaptable.
  • Demonstrated alignment with McCain’s core values and leadership principles.

Responsibilities

  • Translate commercial strategy into targeted plans for operators and sales representatives.
  • Oversee and execute the Foodservice calendar, ensuring delivery aligned with market and company objectives.
  • Develop and maintain channel-specific execution plans to enhance customer engagement and commercial growth.
  • Collaborate across functions, shaping Joint Business and Customer Growth plans.
  • Provide market input, support channel planning, and launch new commercial propositions.
  • Lead execution of category customer commitments to strengthen relationships.
  • Partner with internal experts to deliver differentiated experiences for customers.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on sales execution and campaign efficacy.
  • Manage external delivery partners and foodservice execution budget.
  • Enforce commercial controls for consistent, integrated market execution.
  • Implement customer and broker engagement strategies to exceed business objectives.
  • Craft and deliver commercial plans tailored to customer needs.
  • Analyze data to support decisions and align teams to strategic priorities.
  • Foster innovation, agility, and timely execution to meet customer expectations.
