About The Position
Solstice is redefining how life sciences organizations commercialize their therapeutics by building a commercial engine that allows pharmaceutical marketers to launch campaigns at 100x the speed. Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience across healthcare advertising, pharma marketing, life sciences consulting, design execution, or commercial operations.
- Strong design execution skills, ideally HTML, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and a good eye for typography and color.
- Excellent organization and ability to manage complex workflows.
- Clear communication across cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to pharma, life sciences, healthcare agencies, MLR platforms, or client-facing work.
- Interest in early-stage startups and a high-ownership environment.
Responsibilities
- Sit close to the client and internal delivery teams, helping translate pharmaceutical marketing needs into tangible marketing asset creation and execution.
