About The Position

Working in the dynamic environment of Four Seasons global headquarters, the Manager, Collaborations Planning and Integration will be an integral member of the world-class team that drives collaborations planning and strategy for one of the world’s leading luxury hospitality brands. The Manager, Collaborations Planning and Integration will provide operational structure, lead excellence, guidance and stewardship across the entire Four Seasons network. This includes strategic influence and leadership in informing, educating and governing – from collaboration guidance to governance across teams, go-to-market activation and knowledge sharing, among other core pillars. The successful candidate will also facilitate the deployment of the strategic collaborations frameworks across various lines of business, and all hotels worldwide, in collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of business goals. This includes supporting the full collaborations plan, through engagement with all key stakeholders in their campaign planning, as well as being the subject matter expert across key campaign deliverables – briefing, messaging optimization, integrated channel plans, measurement, and reporting. In addition, they will provide key operations and strategy support across the execution of global and multi-property collaboration campaigns, as well as spearheading the integrated touchpoints across channels.

Requirements

  • College or University degree, preferably in a business or marketing communications program.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a marketing, partnerships, communications or agency function.
  • Previous operational, project development and management experience in hospitality or consumer brand role.
  • An excellent project manager with strong business acumen who can lead complex processes with diverse stakeholders and build at a quick pace.
  • A leader who can build strong business relationships across disciplines and who is comfortable in a matrixed organization.
  • Proven ability to make strategic choices to drive business results.
  • Strong computer skills in a PC and Mac environment including MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Highly results oriented with experience delivering key results.
  • Strong capacity to develop complex operational roadmaps, workback schedules and cross functional collaborative models.
  • Read, understand, and construct financial budgets.
  • Ability to analytically read through legal contracts.
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills required to support a diverse team of employees, consultants and agencies.
  • Ability to bring together, coordinate and lead a process within a matrix structure, with multiple direct and indirect stakeholders.
  • Ability to deliver key results in an environment with multiple tasks and time constraints.
  • Excellent project management skills - able to implement and lead a process and stay committed to deadlines.
  • Ability to think critically and evaluate best possible solutions and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Collaborations Operational Center of Excellence streamlining collaborations approval processes, enabling stronger cross-functional synergies, and providing structure and insight to the organization.
  • Championing all core pillars of Collaboration – Brand Stewardship, Governance, GTM Activation, Knowledge and Insights, and Collaborations Development
  • Leading weekly Collaborations Operational Center of Excellence meetings, monthly Commercial Sync meetings, and quarterly team connects.
  • Manage the annual Collaborations Framework deployment process across all lines of business, Masterbrand and the regional teams.
  • Partner with the wider teams to project manage consistent and coordinated messaging in market, laddering up to masterbrand positioning.
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert for campaigns, ensuring strong briefs are created for legal, finance, media planning and creative, as well as ensuring all touchpoints are considered for activation.
  • Identify integration opportunities across lines of business and regions and facilitate collaboration across key stakeholders.
  • Develop consistent tools and cadence for campaign measurement, leading for Masterbrand and global integrated campaigns, and consulting for all other campaigns.
  • Continue to refine the KPI framework based on learnings to support all lines of business in objective-setting.
  • Lead enhancements to the process to service all areas of the Four Seasons business, including at the local hotel level.
  • Manage the operational roadmap to strategically advance Four Seasons Collaboration capabilities, inclusive of all elements of planning and the overall strategic collaborations function.
