About The Position

Directs and oversees areas of responsibility related to: Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Clinical Excellence, Team Excellence and Population Health Initiatives. Functions in a managerial role to: Utilize month-end financial, departmental variance, and biweekly productivity reports to identify areas for improvement. Deliver departmental reports to Clinic Director as instructed, develop action plans, implement change and maintain achieved improvement. Successfully complete departmental Projects and transition new providers into the clinical environment. Demonstrates Problem Solving and Conflict Management Skills. Demonstrates Basic Leadership Competencies related to: Delegating authority, defining parameters and letting others learn from mistakes in a safe environment. Devoting time to listen and provide coaching and mentoring for individual development. Continually working toward self-awareness and professional improvement. Taking appropriate risks, innovating and managing change. Communicating effectively and consistently. Actively supports and promotes the shared mission and vision of NRHS to achieve strategic goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree required in business or clinical related field; or Associates Degree in business or clinical related field and willingness to earn Bachelors Degree in business or clinical related field within five years of hire.
  • A minimum of 5 years of management experience
  • 3 years in a clinic setting preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience can meet requirements.
