About The Position

Rosarium Health is building the healthcare infrastructure that helps people age safely and independently at home. We partner with Medicaid, D-SNP, and Medicare Advantage plans to deliver clinician-led in-home assessments and home modifications that reduce falls, hospitalizations, and long-term care admissions. Our platform coordinates occupational therapists, physical therapists, contractors, and care teams through a single operational workflow. We recently closed a $6 million Seed round and are expanding across California and the Northeast. This is an opportunity to join early and help build a company at the intersection of healthcare, housing, and technology.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in homecare, health plan, clinical operations, or utilization management.
  • Knowledge and/or experience with the Payer Prior Authorization process.
  • Strong clinical background, preferably in the home setting.
  • Experience in training clinicians, developing training materials, and managing clinician performance.
  • Ability to identify areas for operational efficiencies and improvement.
  • Comfortable working across functional areas, including Product and Engineering teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Occupational Therapist (OT), Physical Therapist (PT), or Registered Nurse (RN) background.
  • Experience in evaluating the home environment for safety and accessibility gaps.
  • Understanding of clinical documentation requirements to support medical necessity for home modifications.
  • Knowledge of Managed Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, D-SNP.
  • Experience at a venture-backed healthcare or digital health company.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Prior Authorization process with Payers, including submission, timely approval, and responding to denials and appeals.
  • Work with operations staff for timely completion of internal documentation and processes that impact submission of prior authorizations.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to streamline the prior authorization process and mitigate denials.
  • Onboard and support the clinician network, including initial training on Rosarium processes, expectations, and assessments.
  • Provide ongoing support to clinicians and identify opportunities for improvement in training documents and educational programs.
  • Oversee clinician performance, including documentation on assessments, compliance with Rosarium Health requirements, and provide additional training and support as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in the structure and ability to obtain proper information for clinical assessments to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to enhance data collection and reporting from assessments.
