About The Position

Easterseals New Jersey is seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our Integrated Care Center in Asbury Park. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing site operations, supervising staff, managing schedules and workflows, ensuring seamless patient access, and driving operational excellence across integrated healthcare and behavioral health services. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong organizational skills, healthcare operations experience, and a passion for delivering person-centered care.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, Human Services, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 3 years of healthcare, behavioral health, or human services operations experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Proven experience managing staff schedules, workflow, and daily operations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health or record management systems.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in integrated healthcare, behavioral health, or care management.
• Knowledge of Medicaid, managed care, social determinants of health, and interdisciplinary care models.
• Experience leading site operations or program administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Integrated Care Center, ensuring efficient, high-quality service delivery.
• Supervise administrative and support staff, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and scheduling.
• Develop and manage provider and staff schedules to maximize patient access and operational efficiency.
• Monitor staffing levels, workflow, productivity, and capacity to ensure optimal performance.
• Oversee patient intake, referrals, scheduling, and registration processes to provide timely access to care.
• Partner with clinical teams to support integrated healthcare, behavioral health, and community-based services.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, regulatory requirements, organizational policies, and quality standards.
• Analyze operational metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and implement process enhancements.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives, service expansion, and operational planning.
• Build strong relationships with providers, referral partners, and community organizations to strengthen coordinated care.
