About The Position

As the Manager of Nursing Practice and Clinical Education at Providence Medical Group Northwest Washington, you'll design and drive educational programs that strengthen clinical competency across a diverse team of registered nurses, medical assistants, and allied health caregivers. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to clinic leadership — including physicians and practice managers — on nursing roles, procedures, staff development, and scope of practice, directly shaping the quality of care delivered across our clinics. Requirements

• Master's Degree in Nursing or Completion of Master’s program within 6 months of hire.
• Washington Registered Nurse License.
• 2 years management experience.
• 5 years' experience in related nursing field.

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree: MSN in Nursing Education or Leadership.
• Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association.
• National Nursing Certification (relevant to ambulatory nursing).
