About The Position

Sanford Health, the largest rural health system in the United States, is dedicated to transforming the health care experience and providing access to world-class health care in America’s heartland. This role involves managing and evaluating work activities, providing day-to-day operational direction and leadership. The position requires conducting and reviewing monthly financial statements and budget preparation, monitoring work productivity and quality to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, and creating action plans to achieve productivity or quality goals. It also includes maintaining customer service initiatives, customer obtainment, and retention activities. The role requires articulating potential positive and negative impacts of company actions and practices on the business and community, displaying respect and ethical behavior, and establishing cooperative relationships with community, marketing, and public interest groups. The Manager will oversee clinic activities for area companies and their employees, providing guidance to ensure compliance with Sanford's philosophy, policies, procedures, and goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Business field required
  • Progressive healthcare experience with taking on new challenges and responsibilities moving into leadership roles.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting is preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree preferred.
