About The Position

This position will provide management support to both Frankfort and Georgetown offices. As a Manager Clinic Practice Manager, you will be directly responsible for the day-to-day operation of at least one business unit with 6-10 physicians. Ensures professional and technical operation of the clinical unit and that all policies and procedures are followed on a day-to-day basis. Responsible for the overall management of the business unit in accordance with Clinic initiatives; Physician Satisfaction; Co-Worker Satisfaction; Patient Satisfaction; Quality; and Business Performance. The Practice Manager II performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our values, service standards and meeting set performance goals. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and CHI Standards.

Requirements

• Bachelors Of Science required upon hire or; May substitute Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of Management/Leadership experience.
