A Practice Manager provides operational and management support for their assigned clinic(s) and department(s) to the benefit of Providence Medical Group (PMG) providers, staff and patients under the direction of their assigned Director. The Providence Liver and Pancreas clinic is a high-volume, high-acuity clinic that supports four subspecialty services: Interventional GI, Hepatology, Hepatobiliary Surgery, and a shared Liver Transplant service with Swedish. The clinic includes 12 providers and 38 caregivers reporting through the clinic manager. In addition to routine operational oversight, the clinic manager plays a central role in coordinating across ambulatory operations, provider workflows, hospital leadership, endoscopy leadership, and the Swedish transplant team. This position is integral to maintaining alignment across multiple service lines, supporting complex scheduling and staffing needs, resolving operational barriers in real time, and ensuring the clinic can function reliably in a highly interdependent care environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of experience or 6 years of management experience.
