About The Position
Orion is seeking a Manager to join the Client Strategy team, supporting the Client Business Partner and Associate Director while helping grow client relationships, revenue, and overall client service. The Manager is responsible for supporting all aspects of Client Strategy, including project management, daily account management, pipeline management, organic growth, managing and growing relationships with agency partners and clients, and delivering Orion's monthly client savings statements and pacing reports accurately and on time.
Requirements
- Client services or account management experience
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to analyze data and present recommendations
- Strong Excel skill set
Responsibilities
- Cultivate strong client and agency relationships
- Partner with Orion team on account management
- Identify opportunities for organic revenue growth
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously
- Present Orion savings opportunities and performance results
- Coordinate with internal teams to execute client initiatives
- Mentor junior team members
- Ensure monthly reporting and deliverables are accurate and timely
