About The Position

Motorsport Network Media, LLC is looking for a creative, detail-driven Client Solutions Manager to play a key role in our internal agency function. Working closely with the Head of Client Solutions and our Sales team, you will help develop and execute revenue-generating programs across our global motorsport and automotive media portfolio. This role is built for someone who loves to create—whether that’s a pitch deck that stops a client in their tracks, a one-sheet that makes a product impossible to ignore, or a custom program idea that perfectly answers a brand’s brief. Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in integrated marketing, branded content, media, or a similar creative/strategic role within digital media, entertainment, sports, or automotive industries.
  • A creative thinker with a proven ability to generate ideas and bring them to life through compelling, polished materials—pitch decks, one-sheets, proposals, and beyond.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to develop clear, persuasive narratives that simplify complex ideas.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar tools; familiarity with design platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a strong plus.
  • Solid understanding of digital content, social media, branded content, and cross-platform marketing strategies.
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and quick-turn deadlines.
  • A collaborative team player who is comfortable working across Sales, creative, editorial, video, and analytics teams.

  • Passion for motorsports, car culture, or enthusiast communities is a strong plus, but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Develop visually engaging, strategically grounded sales presentations, pitch decks, one-sheets, and proposals that bring client solutions to life.
  • Bring a strong creative eye to every deliverable—ensuring materials are polished, on-brand, and built to make an impression.
  • Craft compelling narratives that showcase Motorsport Network’s editorial voice, multimedia capabilities, audience passion points, and brand value.
  • Contribute fresh ideas across platforms—digital, social, video, branded content, editorial franchises, and experiential activations—to elevate pitches and proposals.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to brainstorm program ideas, respond to RFPs, and translate client objectives into creative, multi-platform concepts.
  • Support the Head of Client Solutions in packaging and presenting revenue-generating opportunities to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in developing go-to-market materials for new content initiatives, sponsorship opportunities, premium video concepts, and tentpole moments.
  • Maintain and continuously refresh a library of sales collateral—including one-sheets, product overviews, case studies, and category insights decks—keeping everything current and visually consistent.
  • Ensure all presentations and materials reflect a cohesive visual identity and a high level of craft and polish across every touchpoint.
  • Draw on research, analytics, and audience insights to strengthen client narratives and support program recommendations.
