Fohr, an influencer marketing platform and full-service agency in NYC, is currently seeking a full-time Manager to join our dynamic client services team — with a focus on the sports vertical. As a Manager, Client Services you are responsible for the day-to-day client experience, influencer success and campaign results. This role also takes the lead in budget management, invoicing, and reporting at a campaign level. You bring a genuine passion for the sports industry — whether cultivated through professional experience, personal fandom, or both — and you understand how sports culture, athletes, and fan communities intersect with influencer marketing. With minimal guidance, you manage campaigns from start to completion, building on your skillset as an individual contributor prior and using Fohr/client processes. You will act as the day-to-day client lead for campaign-level workstreams, prepping all meetings and leading many. You are responsible for successfully and independently managing larger campaigns, as well as playing an oversight role on others. This role requires a high level of organization and time management skills as you begin to delegate and maintain team-level campaign timelines; in some instances, the manager will partner with a project manager to maintain vs create project plans. This role is responsible for ensuring all members of the team are well trained on Fohr operational practices as it relates to our proprietary technology, influencer relations and campaign management, and therefore must present a high competency for each. This role takes the lead on all campaign reporting, using Fohr tools and templates. You must be able to review campaign performance data — including sports-specific KPIs like event-driven engagement, and seasonal tentpole results — and draw actionable conclusions. This role is responsible for the Fohr x Brand x Influencer relationship. You must create and maintain an influencer network. You deeply understand working with influencers and sports talent (in terms of client liaison, timeline management, and content creation), and serve as a strategic partner from briefing to content development to posting and reporting. This role is often one in which someone learns the finer skills of management. You will be responsible for professional development of our junior team members (1:1s, feedback, education, advocacy), as well as day-to-day management of various workstreams (direction, timeline management, delegation, review of work). Their success is a marker of your success as a manager. The Manager reports directly to a Sr. Manager. As a Manager, you're responsible for supporting the more senior members of your team in building client relationships across a book of business, and will be responsible for client retention. Alongside the Sr. Manager, you will also contribute to cross-functional responsibilities as it relates to professional development, strategic partnership, legal documentation (scoping, contracting), and finances (revenue recognition, invoicing). This role is expected to last 2-5 years and has a growth trajectory towards Senior Manager.
