We’re looking for a results driven, people focused Submission Manager to lead a high performing team of Warranty Processing Specialists within our FileSmart organization. In this remote leadership role, you’ll be responsible for driving production, ensuring quality and compliance, and developing a team that directly impacts dealership profitability through accurate and timely warranty submissions. You’ll serve as both a strategic operator and a hands-on leader owning team performance, forecasting output, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes, training, and results.
