About The Position

Imagine360 is seeking a Manager, Client Implementation to join the team! The Manager, Client Implementation is responsible for assisting with leading and managing Imagine360's client facing implementation team that has responsibility for obtaining all necessary TPA plan administration and benefit detail documentation to successfully set up new business and renewing clients in coordination with multiple internal areas such as claims configuration, eligibility, ID cards, plan documents, etc. Position Location: 100% remote

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Ability to resolve problems independently and demonstrate ability to multi-task
  • Ability to travel as needed up to 30%
  • Computer skills which include proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as navigation utilizing the Internet
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Director to lead and champion projects to assist in creating an integrated and effective end-to-end Imagine360 client onboarding process.
  • Ensure that requirements and processes are documented for setting up new products and external vendors as they relate to new business and renewal implementations.
  • Maintain accurate and complete process documentation (i.e. Standard Operating Procedures)
  • Identify process improvements to increase productivity and improve quality; focus on finding ways to increase automation and system support and to reduce manual effort.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to help with client implementation calls, review Fact Sheet and Renewal Checklist information, and to assist Implementation Specialists with their questions.
  • Communicate effectively with individual team members and provide coaching and mentoring to help them grow within their roles and prepare them for promotional opportunities.
  • Conduct 1:1 meetings with individual team members to provide opportunities to address questions and concerns.
  • Take on additional projects as needed.
