About The Position

The Manager of the Client Delivery team leads the Client Delivery function and is accountable for the successful execution of complex, data-driven marketing campaigns across a portfolio of clients. This role oversees a team of Client Delivery Managers, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and in alignment with client expectations, internal standards, and business goals. The Senior Manager serves as a strategic escalation point, drives process consistency and operational excellence, and partners cross-functionally to deliver a high-quality client experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in campaign execution or project management.
  • 7+ years of experience in print production
  • 2+ years of leadership experience.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Serve as escalation point for client delivery challenges.
  • Support client communication and expectation management.
  • Build client confidence through strong execution.
