Requirements
- A college degree in an Engineering or industrial discipline or 5-7 years hands-on semiconductor cleanroom assembly and test experience.
- Proficient at anticipating and resolving internal and external resource challenges encountered during manufacturing & product delivery process.
- Understand the Quality System, Configuration Control and Process Control policies, practices, procedures and work rules along with assembly and test manufacturing/production systems.
- Leadership/Management experience managing 25+ assembly technicians.

Responsibilities
- Review and establish material, equipment, and manpower resource requirements.
- Serve as the direct line manager for 25+ technicians and support personnel.
- Plan, schedule, and direct the activities of the department to attain production goals, ensuring production is initiated with sufficient lead time to meet required deliveries.
- Coordinate production activities with other departments including planning, logistics, materials, manufacturing, engineering, and quality.
- Review manufacturing performance and evaluate strengths and weaknesses, ensuring goals, objectives, and plans are consistent with company goals and objectives.
- Develop an effective, well-trained, well-informed team capable of functioning at a high level of achievement.
- Prepare and communicate daily status reports to all levels of the organization as required.
- Ensure adherence to appropriate quality control standards.
