The Northrop Grumman CIDO Classified Solutions team is seeking a Manager Cybersecurity 2 to lead a team of Information System Security Professionals. A diverse classified information system security background is required. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site, full-time at our Aurora, CO location.
Requirements
- Master's degree with 6 years of relevant technical experience; OR a Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant technical experience is required
- Candidates must meet the U.S. Government 8140 requirements (8570 equivalent) for a Manger Classified Cybersecurity 2 – IAM level III certification at a minimum (examples: CISM, CISSP, GSLC, CCISO)
- Candidates must have a current U.S. Government Top Secret/SCI security clearance (at a minimum), to include a closed investigation date completed within the last 6 years OR must be enrolled in the U.S. Government Continuous Evaluation (CE) Program to be considered
Nice To Haves
- Active SCI, or SAP/SAR access, or Polygraph
- CISM or CISSP certification
- Experience managing cybersecurity teams
- Experience implementing RMF or other cybersecurity related compliance frameworks
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals responsible for assessing systems and networks within a secure enclave.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities for managers and new leaders
- Identify skills needed and provide training to meet requirements.
- Establish and oversee strict program control processes that mitigate risk and support system Assessment and Authorization (A&A). This includes process support, analysis, coordination, security certification testing, security documentation, investigations, software research, hardware introduction and release, emerging technology research, inspections, and periodic audits.
- Lead the implementation of required government policy (i.e., DAAG, JSIG, ICDs) to ensure compliance. Develop process tailoring recommendations and manage the documentation and execution of process activities.
- Foster an environment for individual development, teamwork, effective performance management, open communication, financial management, and utilization
- Ensure the team follows Northrop Grumman’s policies and procedures, making sure that all information is accurate and complete in support of those policies and procedures
- Interact with internal key executives, CIDO Program Management Office and customers on significant technical matters often requiring coordination between organization
- Ensure all environments stay compliant while all related systems and networks obtain and continuously retain formal accreditation authorizations from the appropriate government agencies.
