Ford's Charging & Energy Services team is building the products, programs, and partnerships that make charging effortless for every Ford Electric Vehicle customer — at home, on the road, and across our US & Canadian Retail & Commercial Dealers and Customers. The Manager, Charging & Energy Services – GTM Operations is the connective tissue between our Home Charging products & services, the dealers who sell them, and the field teams who support them. You'll lead go-to-market execution for a portfolio of Home charging programs — from dealer-facing solutions to broader retail product & services launches — ensuring each one launches flawlessly with the field, the dealers, and our customers in North America (US & Canada). This role sits within the Charging and Energy Services CX organization under the Senior Manager, Home Charging, but works horizontally across Home Charging & Energy Services business pillars — Home Charging & Energy Services, Retail & Commercial/Fleet (Depot / Home) to bring programs to market. Ford has made a significant, long-term investment in our electricified vehicle business, and the Home Charging & Energy Services experience is critical to maximizing lifetime value of that investment. By delivering foundational in-home charging experiences, this role enables the future success of Ford Motor Company — turning first-time EV buyers into lifetime customers and driving the continued growth of our EV portfolio.
