About The Position

The Manager, Performance Insights & Gap Analysis, supports the Senior Manager in the delivery of actionable insights across retail channels (e.g., Global Client Experience Centres, Virtual Advice Channel, and Branch) by monitoring performance, identifying gaps, and providing recommendations to improve outcomes. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to analyze trends, surface opportunities, and enable leadership decisions through data-driven insights that drive growth in primary clients and earnings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analytics, performance management, or sales operations.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and Excel.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management tools is an asset
  • French proficiency is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Track and analyze performance metrics across channels to identify trends and conversion gaps.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis on underperforming segments and provide recommendations.
  • Support ad hoc deep dives into advisor productivity, product performance, and client engagement.
  • Develop frameworks for benchmarking and share insights to optimize cross-channel strategies.
  • Partner with analytics and technology teams to build and maintain intuitive dashboards.
  • Ensure dashboards provide clear visibility into sales outcomes, gaps, and trends while continuously improving dashboard usability.
  • Translate data into compelling narratives to support decision-making and prepare reporting packages for senior leadership.
  • Develop business cases for performance improvement initiatives, leveraging insights from cross-channel gap analysis.
  • Ensure stakeholder alignment by collaborating with Finance, Strategy, and Channel Transformation teams to quantify opportunity sizing, define success metrics, and secure funding.
  • Support intake governance and documentation for new initiatives, ensuring initiatives are grounded in data-driven rationale and aligned with enterprise priorities.
  • Drive project initiation activities including stakeholder alignment, scope definition, and intake governance.
  • Develop strategic plans for pilots and launches, outlining objectives, success criteria, timelines, and resource allocation while ensuring timely execution.
  • Monitor post-implementation outcomes using defined KPIs and feedback loops to assess effectiveness and adoption.
  • Communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Champion a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
  • Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
