In this high-impact, strategic role, you will lead the growth of our Food/Protein segment across North America—driving share-of-wallet, strengthening channel partnerships, and expanding relationships with key protein producers. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in food processing, B2B sales, or channel leadership
  • Proven success driving growth through distribution and indirect sales models
  • Strong understanding of protein processing environments and food safety standards (HACCP)
  • Experience managing national or multi-regional accounts and channel portfolios
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate strategy into execution
  • Experience leading trials, building ROI cases, and closing complex deals
  • High level of adaptability, ownership, and ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Willingness to travel 50–75%25

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic growth across the Food/Protein segment (beef, pork, poultry) within the U.S.
  • Build and maintain executive-level and plant-level relationships with key end users and sanitation partners
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities while pulling demand through channel partners
  • Lead solution-based selling initiatives across all areas of food processing (kill floor to packaging)
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with regional and global objectives
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to maximize performance
  • Lead trials, quantify ROI, and negotiate enterprise-level agreements
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and manage key account performance
  • Influence channel strategy, partner investment decisions, and distribution effectiveness
  • Maintain strong understanding of HACCP and food safety programs to inform product positioning
  • Manage forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to ensure delivery against targets
