As our work continues to grow, we are looking to appoint a Manager with a specialism in Change Management to lead complex, cross-capability change engagements and help further build the people, culture and change capability. As a Manager at Gate One, you will play a senior leadership role on transformation programmes where change is critical to success. You will be responsible for shaping and delivering change approaches that are tightly integrated with broader delivery - ensuring that digital, data and operating model changes are adopted, sustained and embedded within organisations. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, lead teams, and help clients navigate complexity, ambiguity and transformation fatigue. Alongside client delivery, you will contribute to account growth, support business development activity, and take an active role in developing Gate One’s change capability and internal culture. This role is well-suited to someone who brings strong change craft, sound consulting judgement, and enjoys working closely with clients and colleagues across disciplines.
