About The Position

Lead and support finance transformation initiatives, identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation. Provide an independent perspective on finance and accounting organizations, leveraging industry trends, market insights, and leading practices to address client challenges and opportunities. Conduct in-depth assessments of business processes to identify inefficiencies, control gaps, and opportunities for operational improvement. Transform complex data into actionable insights through interactive, user-friendly dashboards and reporting solutions utilizing Power BI. Manage all aspects of project delivery, including planning, budgeting, staffing, execution, client communications, and the successful delivery of project objectives. Demonstrate sound judgment and independent thinking in engagement management, including problem-solving, solution development, risk identification, and quality assurance. Contribute to business development and go-to-market initiatives by supporting proposal efforts, identifying opportunities within existing client relationships, and delivering exceptional client service. Manage, mentor, and develop team members by providing coaching, constructive feedback, and career development support while fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance transformation, finance process improvement, or finance advisory services.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end finance and accounting processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R)
  • Experience within or serving Financial Services organizations, including banking, capital markets, insurance, or related industries
  • Experience within a consulting or professional services environment

Nice To Haves

  • CPA Certification
  • Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, or similar financial systems.
  • Experience with R2R platforms such as Blackline and Trintech
